Responsibilities
Identify personnel development needs across various departments
Advise departments on tailored development measures
Act as the central point of contact for part-time continuing education and degree programs
Independently manage requests from initiation through to implementation
Support the design of new content for HR development measures
Continuously refine and improve internal HR development processes
Research, select, and collaborate with external training providers
Prepare and analyze reporting
Requirements
University degree in a relevant field or an equivalent qualification
Professional experience in HR development and in conceptual/design work
Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) or e-learning platform
Strong customer and service orientation, with pronounced analytical and communication skills
Trainer qualification or trainer certification desirable
