About the role

  • Specialist HR Development advising on developmental needs for various departments at MERKUR.COM. Responsible for planning and implementing training measures and continuous development of internal processes.

Responsibilities

  • Identify personnel development needs across various departments
  • Advise departments on tailored development measures
  • Act as the central point of contact for part-time continuing education and degree programs
  • Independently manage requests from initiation through to implementation
  • Support the design of new content for HR development measures
  • Continuously refine and improve internal HR development processes
  • Research, select, and collaborate with external training providers
  • Prepare and analyze reporting

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field or an equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in HR development and in conceptual/design work
  • Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) or e-learning platform
  • Strong customer and service orientation, with pronounced analytical and communication skills
  • Trainer qualification or trainer certification desirable
