About the role

  • Sales Representative developing and managing key accounts in insurance and property sector for FIO SYSTEMS AG. Engage in customer acquisition, relationship management, and platform presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers from target groups: insurance brokers, housing companies, and insurance carriers
  • Present the FIO claims management platform
  • Conduct needs analyses and develop tailored sales solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams
  • Represent FIO at trade shows and events

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of sales experience, ideally in insurance, housing/property management, or software solutions
  • Solid understanding of claims management processes and relevant target groups (insurance brokers, housing companies, insurers)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Team player and self-starter
  • Analytical thinking with technical understanding
  • Proactively build and maintain a strong industry network
  • Willingness to travel
