Responsibilities
You play a key role in supporting our partner Sparkassen by assisting them with the implementation and optimal use of our digital platform solutions around real estate.
You accompany partner Sparkassen in the context of the digital real estate platform.
You support the Sparkassen in the rollout and usage of digital platform solutions.
You create informational materials and sales presentations.
You implement onboarding and optimization projects at Sparkassen on-site as well as remotely and take responsibility for project management.
You actively collect feedback and pass it on to the product development team to drive improvements and new features.
You deliver presentations and conduct workshops at professional events.
Requirements
Completed university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics) or vocational banking training with relevant professional experience
Experience in the real estate and finance sectors, ideally with Sparkassen
Solid knowledge of project management and customer communication
Motivation to help shape innovative digital solutions in a dynamic environment with strong potential for personal development
Flexibility and willingness to travel within Germany for customer projects (occasionally approx. 2–3 times per month).
