Master customer success platforms to monitor account health and translate complex metrics into actionable growth stories.
Hunt for process improvements and automation opportunities that allow your team to spend less time on busywork and more time on impact.
Requirements
3-5 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven knack for developing top-tier talent.
Deep understanding of the B2B landscape and a track record of turning customer business outcomes into expansion opportunities.
Communication skills are sharp, persuasive, and engaging, whether it's a live presentation or a virtual sync.
Ability to lead with deep empathy while staying laser-focused on the strategic requirements of a business partnership.
Self-driven problem solver who stays cool under pressure and can navigate high-volume environments with grace.
Discipline to balance time and effort autonomously, ensuring team hits their goals without losing sight of the big picture.
Working knowledge of HR or LMS technologies is a bonus.
