About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a high-impact Customer Success strategy that aligns perfectly with Docebo’s ambitious global objectives.
  • Direct and mentor a talented team of Success professionals, setting clear KPIs while fostering a culture of continuous learning and "trust by default."
  • Develop and implement standardized best practices and methodologies to ensure customer operations are as scalable as they are efficient.
  • Act as the ultimate collaborator, syncing with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure the voice of the customer drives our innovation.
  • Master customer success platforms to monitor account health and translate complex metrics into actionable growth stories.
  • Hunt for process improvements and automation opportunities that allow your team to spend less time on busywork and more time on impact.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven knack for developing top-tier talent.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B landscape and a track record of turning customer business outcomes into expansion opportunities.
  • Communication skills are sharp, persuasive, and engaging, whether it's a live presentation or a virtual sync.
  • Ability to lead with deep empathy while staying laser-focused on the strategic requirements of a business partnership.
  • Self-driven problem solver who stays cool under pressure and can navigate high-volume environments with grace.
  • Discipline to balance time and effort autonomously, ensuring team hits their goals without losing sight of the big picture.
  • Working knowledge of HR or LMS technologies is a bonus.
