Responsibilities
Advising and supporting employees and managers on all personnel-related and employment law matters for a defined area
Acting as the contact person for the division management on all fundamental personnel issues
Close cooperation and regular exchange with the works council to promote constructive collaboration
Participation in various HR projects, particularly in the area of digitalization (e.g., support of shift planning and time management systems), including active involvement in implementation
Contributing to the implementation and ongoing development of HR processes
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration or Law (Bachelor’s degree welcome)
Several years of experience in operational HR
Solid knowledge of labor/employment law; TVöD and the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG)
Good knowledge of SAP HCM desirable
