About the role
- HR Consultant supporting employees and management in personnel and labor law questions. Contributing to HR projects, particularly in digitalization and developing processes.
Responsibilities
- Advising and supporting employees and managers on all personnel-related and employment law matters for a defined area
- Acting as the contact person for the division management on all fundamental personnel issues
- Close cooperation and regular exchange with the works council to promote constructive collaboration
- Participation in various HR projects, particularly in the area of digitalization (e.g., support of shift planning and time management systems), including active involvement in implementation
- Contributing to the implementation and ongoing development of HR processes
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or Law (Bachelor’s degree welcome)
- Several years of experience in operational HR
- Solid knowledge of labor/employment law; TVöD and the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG)
- Good knowledge of SAP HCM desirable
