About the role

Responsibilities

  • Promote and monitor Personnel Administration processes, ensuring quality, compliance and continuous improvement of routines.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and deadlines in the People area, aligning activities with current legislation and Colliers' strategic requirements.
  • Serve as a technical reference, providing guidance, clarifying complex questions and resolving requests with autonomy and agility.
  • Support leadership in process mapping, proposing and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen governance.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of information by maintaining controls, indicators and up-to-date documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed).
  • Proven experience in personnel administration.
  • Proactivity and dynamism, with the ability to adapt to varying demands and scenarios.
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
