About the role

  • Responsable Réservations Groupes & Ventes au sein d'OKKO HOTELS, gérant les réservations et développant des stratégies commerciales. Collaborer avec équipes pour fidéliser clients et optimiser performances.

Responsibilities

  • Manage group reservations: qualify requests, prepare quotes and send commercial proposals for corporate, events and leisure groups, in collaboration with the Revenue Manager.
  • Handle full file processing: quotes, deposits, rooming list requests, coordination with different departments and act as the primary contact for bookers.
  • Manage group billing and commissions.
  • Commercial development: develop effective sales strategies for the group and corporate segments to meet and exceed commercial targets.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies in collaboration with the Revenue Manager.
  • Maintain and develop strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and grow the portfolio.
  • Manage key accounts (corporate and events) through regular meetings.
  • Conduct sales visits.
  • Contribute to the hotel’s commercial action plan (PAC).
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Participate in the monthly Revenue Meeting.
  • Provide support to the corporate sales teams.

Requirements

  • Degree in hotel management, tourism or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, ideally in groups or events in a travel agency, hotel or in a similar role
  • Proven skills in reservation management and sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with IT tools and reservation management systems; ideally experienced with back-office systems
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to meet deadlines and high level of rigour and organization.
