About the role

  • Trainee Sales position focused on acquiring new customers and enhancing existing relationships in Germany's video security market. Opportunity for professional growth within an established company.

Responsibilities

  • Support in acquiring new customers and expanding existing customer relationships
  • Assist in preparing and conducting customer meetings (presentations, product demos, workshops)
  • Maintain project and customer master data in the CRM system
  • Contribute to proposal preparation in coordination with Pre-Sales
  • Monitor the market and competitors and analyze potential customers
  • Participate in the development of sales strategies for defined regions (mainly Austria, Switzerland) and target groups
  • Support preparation of sales meetings and reporting
  • Accompany experienced sales colleagues to customer meetings on-site and online

Requirements

  • Completed degree or commercial/technical vocational training, ideally with a focus on sales, business, or IT
  • Initial experience in sales, preferably in B2B, customer acquisition and other sales-related tasks
  • Interest in technology and willingness to learn our products and solutions
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
  • Independent, structured working style and ability to work in a team
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and to neighboring countries
