Responsibilities
Support in acquiring new customers and expanding existing customer relationships
Assist in preparing and conducting customer meetings (presentations, product demos, workshops)
Maintain project and customer master data in the CRM system
Contribute to proposal preparation in coordination with Pre-Sales
Monitor the market and competitors and analyze potential customers
Participate in the development of sales strategies for defined regions (mainly Austria, Switzerland) and target groups
Support preparation of sales meetings and reporting
Accompany experienced sales colleagues to customer meetings on-site and online
Requirements
Completed degree or commercial/technical vocational training, ideally with a focus on sales, business, or IT
Initial experience in sales, preferably in B2B, customer acquisition and other sales-related tasks
Interest in technology and willingness to learn our products and solutions
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
Independent, structured working style and ability to work in a team
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel within Germany and to neighboring countries
