About the role

  • HR Specialist managing employee relations from entry to exit in the Kaiserswerther Diakonie. Collaborating with management on legal and personnel issues while supporting HR projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for a defined group of employees from onboarding to offboarding
  • Draft employment contracts, ancillary agreements, terminations and references
  • Advise department heads and managers on employment law matters
  • Conduct employee meetings and performance discussions
  • Work closely with employee representatives (works council)
  • Support HR-related projects and the optimization of personnel processes
  • Prepare reports and analyses

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Additional HR-related qualification
  • Practical professional experience in human resources
  • Preferably familiar with collective agreements such as BAT-KF, TVL and/or DEHOGA
  • Good knowledge of labor law, payroll tax and social security law
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
