About the role

  • Customer Support assisting users of a property management platform in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Working with international teams to improve the user experience and product delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Process phone calls & tickets
  • Edit tickets
  • Answer product-related questions
  • Provide feedback to customers in German
  • Create and design support articles and videos
  • Coordinate and communicate with developers

Requirements

  • Customer-facing experience
  • Fluent in English & German (both written & spoken)
  • Problem-solving skills and technical understanding of products and systems
  • Strong communication skills in customer interactions
  • Reliability and ability to work independently
  • Nice to have: Background in economics, computer science, business administration, or similar (Bachelor/Master)
