About the role

  • Onboarding Manager guiding new clients in effective use of Legal Tech platform. Collaborating with product teams and providing personalized training for customer success.

Responsibilities

  • You guide our new clients through a first-class onboarding — from setup to optimal use.
  • You ensure they get maximum value from JUPUS — through tailored training sessions, regular check-ins and personal support.
  • You assist clients in connecting our platform with their existing law firm software.
  • If a connection fails, you check basic settings (e.g., API keys, access permissions) and act as a technical filter.
  • You work closely with the product team and our support team to feed customer feedback directly into product development.
  • You question existing processes and continuously improve them — your input counts!

Requirements

  • Agility & drive to shape: You want to actively influence and transform a changing industry.
  • Experience in Onboarding / Customer Success: You have at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Strong technical affinity: You don't need to be able to code, but you are comfortable with technical issues.
  • Startup mentality: You enjoy a dynamic environment, take on new challenges and want to make a real impact.
  • Customer focus: You understand that our success depends on the success of our clients.
  • Initiative & willingness to learn: You continuously develop yourself and contribute your own ideas.

  • Strong communication skills: Fluent German and good English to effectively support our clients.
