Responsibilities

Requirements
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Revenue Operations / Sales Operations, idealerweise im SaaS-Umfeld
Sehr gutes Verständnis von CRM-Systemen (HubSpot bevorzugt) und modernen Go-To-Market-Tech-Stacks
Praktische Erfahrung mit Automatisierungstools (z. B. Clay, Lusha, Zapier)
Erfahrung in Prozessoptimierung, Automatisierung, Datenanalyse, Reporting und Forecasting
Interesse an AI-gestützten Workflows und datengetriebener Lead-Generierung
Verständnis für SaaS-Metriken (ARR, MRR, Churn, NRR) und deren Auswirkungen auf Reporting und Controlling
