Responsibilities
You manage and coordinate all departments, take on “Manager on Duty” shifts and ensure smooth hotel operations by optimizing workflows.
As a role model, you support and motivate your team through targeted training, hands-on assistance in daily operations and clear communication across all interfaces.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with JUFA quality standards as well as hygiene and safety regulations.
You also oversee inventories and stock control.
You act as a warm, welcoming host in direct guest care and continuously develop the hotel’s offering in close collaboration with Cluster Management.
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in the hotel or restaurant industry — we are also happy to offer development opportunities to younger candidates.
Business administration knowledge and an analytical approach are an advantage.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
