About the role

  • Revenue Operations Lead managing billing and deal execution for automated back-office platform Warp. Building the RevOps function from scratch as the company scales to Series B.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire billing and deal execution function
  • Report directly to the CEO
  • Handle Stripe configuration, contract workflows, discount approvals
  • Build the RevOps function from scratch
  • Create scalable workflows for customers/month
  • Ensure clean handoffs to accounting, accurate reporting, and audit-ready records

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in Revenue Operations, Billing Operations, or Deal Desk at a B2B SaaS company
  • Deep Stripe Billing experience
  • Experience with contract platforms (PandaDoc, DocuSign, or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Track record of building processes from scratch in a fast-growth environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working autonomously and making decisions with limited oversight
