About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging discovery calls and deliver polished, value-focused demos.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each campus’s structure, workflows, and challenges.
  • Manage opportunities from the initial meeting through to closed-won.
  • Navigate Higher Ed procurement, approvals, and multi-department buying groups.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and supporting materials.
  • Maintain pipeline management with forecasting within HubSpot.
  • Build strong relationships across key campus stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the full GTM team.
  • Share campus insights with Product and GTM teams.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in a customer-facing or problem-solving role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to guide people through complex decisions
  • Confident communicator who enjoys leading demos
  • Exceptionally organized with strong follow-through
  • Relationship-driven, competitive and motivated by goals
  • Comfortable traveling for key meetings, conferences, and campus visits
  • Aligned deeply with Offstreet’s values
