About the role

  • HR Business Partner overseeing personnel management at Johanniter GmbH for rehabilitation services. Providing central HR support and collaborating on HR projects in healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Central HR contact person (m/f/d) for the Rehabilitation business unit management, commercial leadership and managers
  • Advising managers on employment, leadership and social law matters
  • Active involvement in shaping and implementing the HR and personnel strategy
  • Responsibility for overall personnel management (employee lifecycle) from onboarding to exit
  • Close cooperation with HR administration, payroll and specialists in personnel development and recruiting
  • Participation in and implementation of exciting HR projects, particularly in the area of digitalization
  • Close collaboration with external contacts and participation in committee work

Requirements

  • University degree in healthcare, business administration or economics with a focus on human resources, or an equivalent qualification
  • Preferably several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist HR role, ideally in the healthcare sector
  • Experience implementing HR projects and working with common HR systems
  • Independent, structured working style and strong advisory skills
  • Excellent communication skills, initiative and strong interpersonal competence
  • Ability to work concurrently on different topics and to proactively drive solutions
