About the role
- Senior Manager 3PL Partner Performance overseeing partner analytics and performance management for Johnson & Johnson supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Build and support the development of cost gap modeling capabilities
- Conduct cost gap modeling analyses
- Identify and define requirements to track and report on operational and financial performance
- Develop and maintain reporting and analytics to provide visibility into partner performance
- Support the build-out and coordination of additional analytics capabilities
- Train and support regional teams on cost gap modeling, associated tools, and methodologies
- Support implementation of performance management metrics and reporting
- Provide support to Transition Standards activities
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor degree is required
- A Master's degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or partner / supplier performance management
- Experience in developing and applying performance management and analytics capabilities
- Ability to work in a global, matrix organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
