About the role

  • Lease Administration Associate managing lease data and documentation for government clients in Melbourne or Sydney. Overseeing landlord invoices, rental payments, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Compile and manage lease property data for Account Stakeholders
  • Liaising with internal and external Stakeholders
  • Oversee and assist in abstracting new retail leases
  • Perform document management of all new retail leases
  • Review and reconcile landlord invoices and rental payments
  • Manage lease administration workflows through PEGA system
  • Maintain data integrity and compliance across portfolio systems
  • Assist the broader Lease Administration team where required

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leasing or property administration experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of commercial contracts
  • Problem-solving abilities for landlord queries
  • Strong accounting and reconciliation skills
  • Prior experience with spreadsheets and financial based programs
  • Experience with lease administration systems
  • University graduate (Real Estate, Commerce, Finance or Property Law), OR at least 2 years relevant experience
