About the role

Responsibilities

  • Designing advertising strategies
  • Creating ad copy, texts and creatives
  • Setting up ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for lead generation
  • Building the landing page, form and thank-you page using Perspective
  • Developing audience targeting, competitive research and keyword research
  • Supporting, controlling and optimizing ads and the Facebook Business Manager
  • Analyzing, monitoring, optimizing and reporting the performance of online channels and measures using web tracking and analytics tools

Requirements

  • Strong prior experience in online marketing for financial, insurance and real estate advisors (ideally you have already managed clients in these areas)
  • Analytical, methodical and structured thinking
  • Organizational skills, result- and solution-orientation, strong teamwork combined with a confident manner and an independent working style
  • Ability to follow established processes
  • Quick comprehension and high discipline
  • Strong communication skills and a keen eye for precision
  • Clean, error-free written German
