About the role

  • Lead the Paid Media department for Jellyfish, managing campaigns and fostering team development. Collaborate globally to innovate digital marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and collaborate with local and international teams
  • Nurture positive, collaborative working relationships with clients, colleagues and third-party suppliers
  • Oversee a portfolio of digital campaigns and provide guidance and recommendations to paid media practitioners to meet and exceed client expectations and KPIs
  • Manage and monitor the production and presentation of client-facing reports, studies and presentations in line with Jellyfish brand standards
  • Collaborate with Media Strategy and Client Management teams to drive innovative solutions for our clients
  • Drive continuous improvement by proactively assessing Jellyfish’s working relationships, practices and methods
  • Support the company's corporate culture by adhering to established ethical and brand standards
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Jellyfish’s marketplace and the digital landscape, with emphasis on new and emerging formats, technical solutions, and initiatives

Requirements

  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Structured and methodical work habits, with the ability to manage competing demands and prioritize effectively
  • Provide leadership of the paid media department alongside fellow Directors and VPs, ensuring individual performance meets expectations and team KPIs are achieved
  • Own the paid media team’s development needs, ensuring each team member has a training and personal development plan with regular feedback sessions
  • Ensure the performance and conduct of the paid media team align with Jellyfish business processes and procedures
  • Lead by example in behavior, attitude and results at all times
  • Uphold the company’s integrity and confidentiality at all times
  • In-depth knowledge of technologies and processes involved in running paid media campaigns, including Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) such as Display & Video 360 (DV360) and Google Ads
  • 8+ years' experience in digital marketing paid media management
  • Industry-recognized certifications such as Google Ads, Campaign Manager 360, Display & Video 360, Search Ads 360, and Google Analytics
  • Experience with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
