About the role

  • Senior Paid Media Manager leading strategy and execution of paid media campaigns. Managing teams to optimize multi-channel growth and alignment with business objectives in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel paid media campaigns while managing a team of specialists to deliver measurable growth.
  • Oversee campaign planning, performance analysis, and client relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor budgets closely, assess risks of overspending, and implement controls to maximize efficiency and return on investment.
  • Develop and oversee paid media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and more.
  • Align paid media initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives, ensuring ROI/ROAS targets are consistently met.
  • Lead media planning and budget allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Direct end-to-end campaign execution including keyword strategy and audience segmentation.
  • Implement A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Translate complex data from Google Analytics and other platforms into actionable insights.
  • Deliver strategic performance reports to leadership and clients, highlighting opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive execution of paid media campaigns.
  • Mentor and guide junior paid media specialists, ensuring high-quality output.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science/Analytics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale paid media budgets and delivering measurable business results.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Must be knowledgeable in Google Workspace.
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Should demonstrate expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Knowledgeable of other paid ads platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Spotify, and other emerging platforms)
  • Familiar with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Techniques
  • Should have intermediate to expert-level experience in the following:
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Suite
  • Google Adwords
  • MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Meta Business Suite
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Analyzing Data
  • A/B Testing
