About the role

  • Journeyman Program Analyst supporting financial management programs at JANUS Research Group. Overseeing technical resource activities and coordinating with various DOD personnel throughout project life cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Perform functional duties independently
  • Apply expert knowledge of program planning and evaluation
  • Support planning, evaluation, review, and prioritization of technical and financial resource activities
  • Support Government cost analysis, forecasting, and planning
  • Provide support for program, planning, evaluation, and financial management functions
  • Coordinate with Program Managers, PEO staff, DA staff, other services, and industry personnel
  • Work with the requiring activity to support the Program Objective Estimate (POE) development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution
  • 3 to 10 years of financial experience working within the DOD environment
  • 5 additional years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement
  • 1 academic year at a technical school in an accredited business-related program can substitute for 1 year of experience
  • Preferred Fields: Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Financial/Accounting
  • Must have an active Secret clearance
