About the role

  • Founding GTM managing sales funnel for AI startup Uptail.ai. Leading sales strategy and building a high-performing team in the B2C space.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales funnel for Uptail.ai, building pipeline and closing deals for AI agents with B2C service companies.
  • Shape the sales strategy, document playbooks, and lay the groundwork to scale a high-performing sales team from scratch.
  • Generate and qualify prospects using creative outbound tactics across various channels.
  • Lead discovery calls, demos, and negotiations to close deals with early adopters in Spain and Europe.
  • Document successful sales strategies and lay the groundwork for building and scaling the future sales team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or growth roles with a strong bias for action.
  • Based in Madrid or willing to relocate, fluent in Spanish and English (third language a plus).
  • Possesses an experimental mindset, leveraging AI to optimise processes and accelerate results.
