About the role

  • Senior CRM Consultant responsible for CRM strategies and implementations, enhancing client efficiency through digital transformation initiatives at itelligy.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic consulting: You analyze clients' business processes and develop forward-looking CRM strategies using HubSpot and Dynamics 365.
  • Implementation & architecture: You take responsibility for complex CRM implementations, interface designs and integrations into existing system landscapes.
  • Process and efficiency improvement: You design tailored sales, marketing and service processes and deploy automations to maximize productivity and data quality.
  • Project leadership & accountability: You independently lead (sub-)projects, taking ownership of budgets, timelines and quality assurance.
  • Mentoring & team enablement: You support junior consultants in their development, share your knowledge within the team and contribute to a sustainable knowledge culture.
  • Innovation & best practices: You identify trends, new features and integrations that deliver real value to our clients.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in CRM consulting or digital transformation — ideally with a focus on HubSpot and/or Dynamics 365.
  • Deep knowledge in designing, implementing and optimizing CRM systems and embedding them into complex IT landscapes.
  • Experience in project management including client management, stakeholder communication and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills — you confidently engage clients in workshops and presentations in both German and English.
  • Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset with a high degree of initiative.
  • Technical understanding of interfaces (APIs, middleware) and integration scenarios; programming skills are a plus but not required.
