About the role

  • Junior CRM Consultant implementing and optimizing CRM platforms like HubSpot and Dynamics for clients in Germany. Engaging in technical setups, process customization, and client training.

Responsibilities

  • Technical implementation: You will take responsibility for implementing and configuring HubSpot and Dynamics CRM platforms tailored to our clients' needs.
  • Process optimization: You will translate client requirements into customized CRM processes and optimize their marketing, sales, and service workflows.
  • Automation & efficiency improvements: You will design and implement automated processes that help our clients increase efficiency in areas such as campaign management, lead generation, and reporting.
  • Training & support: You will support clients' marketing and sales teams and ensure that solutions are used optimally.
  • Innovation: You will stay up to date with the latest trends related to HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, and relevant third-party integrations.

Requirements

  • Practical experience in digital marketing: You have worked in a consulting or specialist role, ideally in an agency environment or IT consultancy.
  • Solid CRM knowledge: You are familiar with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Dynamics and can use them effectively.
  • Strong communication skills: You can clearly and understandably convey complex concepts in both German and English.
  • Business-minded: You have a good sense for business development and can create persuasive presentations.
  • Technical understanding: You learn technologies quickly and are able to master our technology stack. Programming skills are an advantage but not required.
  • Your profile: You bring a solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset. You are enthusiastic about complex technical topics and enjoy finding or developing innovative solutions. You work in a structured, independent way and like to work analytically and data-driven. You willingly take on responsibility and appreciate seeing the "big picture" while maintaining attention to detail.
