About the role

  • Technical Support Employee managing high availability concepts for SaaS products in a leading time management company. Involves hosting, monitoring, and updating of ISGUS products.

Responsibilities

  • Developing high-availability concepts for ISGUS products offered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
  • Hosting ISGUS products in the data center and performing updates and security patches
  • Monitoring data center components and ensuring guaranteed availability
  • Informing sales partners and customers about functional limitations and system availability issues in the data center

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, training as an IT specialist in system integration, or equivalent qualification
  • General IT knowledge (Linux and MS Windows operating systems, MS SQL and MongoDB databases)
  • Prior experience with time management/time-tracking systems is a plus
  • Experience with container technologies (Docker, Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes)
