Responsibilities
Developing high-availability concepts for ISGUS products offered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
Hosting ISGUS products in the data center and performing updates and security patches
Monitoring data center components and ensuring guaranteed availability
Informing sales partners and customers about functional limitations and system availability issues in the data center
Requirements
Completed degree in Computer Science, training as an IT specialist in system integration, or equivalent qualification
General IT knowledge (Linux and MS Windows operating systems, MS SQL and MongoDB databases)
Prior experience with time management/time-tracking systems is a plus
Experience with container technologies (Docker, Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes)
