About the role

  • Tax Specialist focusing on payroll for IRS Group, a leader in Smart Repair and bodywork. Ensuring accurate payroll processing and optimizing HR processes with collaborative team efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Performing and ensuring accurate payroll and salary processing
  • Recording all payroll-relevant data, including tax and social security information
  • Managing reporting and certification tasks and maintaining master data
  • Implementing salary changes, special payments and company pension schemes
  • Preparing reports and supporting monthly and annual closings
  • Shaping and optimizing HR processes within your area of responsibility

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d)
  • Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
  • Very good knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
  • Confident use of payroll systems (ideally Sage) and MS Office
  • Discretion, reliability and a strong team spirit
