Payroll Consultant assists in payroll engagements and client relationships at Deloitte's Business Process Solutions. Requires oversight of payroll and HR-related tasks with potential client site assignments.
Responsibilities
Assist Senior Consultant / Manager in performing payroll engagements
Assist Senior Consultant / Manager in preparing proposals and business development materials
Be in charge of the reconciliation reports with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers
Research, analyze payroll & HR issues and draft advice for seniors’ review
Demonstrate a professional working attitude
You would be assigned/seconded to work at the clients’ office
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR or other business-related fields
Willing to be outsourced to client sites as required
Self-starter, organized, attention to details, willing-to-learn attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment on several projects
MS Office experience required including extensive Excel knowledge
Knowing payroll software & HRM with EES system and/or analysis/data working tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx, etc. is preferred
Relevant experience preferably with an international firms
