About the role
- Junior Payroll Specialist performing monthly payroll processing and ensuring compliance with labor and social security laws in Germany. Acting as a point of contact for employees and management regarding payroll matters.
Responsibilities
- Eigenständige Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für einen definierten Mitarbeitendenkreis
- Pflege und Kontrolle abrechnungsrelevanter Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten
- Sicherstellung der korrekten Anwendung gesetzlicher, tariflicher und betrieblicher Vorgaben, sowie Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte
- Erstellung von Meldungen, Auswertungen und Bescheinigungen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt HR
- Erste Erfahrungen im Personalbereich gesammelt
- Kommunikationsfähig, motiviert und empathisch
