About the role

  • Payroll Consultant managing payroll tasks for clients in a collaborative and quality-focused environment. Seeking individual with university education and proficiency in English and Spanish to join our team in Spain.

Responsibilities

  • Manages a portfolio of clients acting as main point of contact for the clients assigned, escalating when necessary.
  • Manages, works, and controls the full payroll cycle, making the appropriate checks.
  • Prepares and takes care of the presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual withholding income tax (Forms 111/216/190/296/345).
  • Responsible for the preparation and filing of social security forms (RNT /RLC/CRA).
  • Hires & Leavers coordination.
  • Manages, prepares and controls Companies’ payroll registration process.
  • Works in close collaboration with other departments for any items that may have crossed impact.
  • Follows the company quality standards and processes

Requirements

  • University education in Relaciones Laborales or similar.
  • Good level of English.
  • Proficiency of Spanish Language to be in contact with the Administration
