About the role

  • Payroll Specialist responsible for payroll and HR processes within IRS Group. Requires 3 years of experience in payroll administration and knowledge of labor and tax laws.

Responsibilities

  • Processing and ensuring accurate payroll and salary calculations
  • Recording all payroll-relevant data, including tax and social security information
  • Handling reporting and certification tasks, as well as maintaining master data
  • Implementing salary adjustments, special payments and company pension schemes
  • Preparing reports and supporting monthly and year-end closings
  • Contributing to and optimizing HR processes within your area of responsibility

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training plus further qualification in HR
  • At least 3 years' experience in payroll administration
  • Solid knowledge of labor, social security and tax law
  • Experience with payroll systems (ideally Sage) and MS Office
