About the role

  • Recruiting Specialist responsible for sourcing technology and quantitative talent for an investment firm. Collaborating closely with senior leadership and enhancing recruiting processes with modern methods.

Responsibilities

  • **Your Responsibilities**
  • Active **direct sourcing and outreach** (LinkedIn, networks, referrals)
  • Building and maintaining **long-term candidate pipelines** (AT, EU, US / Austrians abroad)
  • First candidate screens and ongoing candidate relationship management
  • Coordinating and arranging interviews with international stakeholders
  • Full ownership of the recruiting process in **Greenhouse** (status management, scheduling, scorecards, feedback discipline)
  • Supporting **university relations and early-career pipeline initiatives**
  • Continuously improving sourcing methods using modern tools, automation and AI

Requirements

  • **Your Profile**
  • Several years of experience in **agency research / tech recruiting** (research-heavy backgrounds preferred; not key account–driven roles)
  • Strong execution mindset with excellent **follow-up and “chasing” discipline**
  • Tech-savvy, structured, and comfortable working with ATS systems
  • Curious, innovative, and open to modern sourcing methods
  • Fluent in **English** (German is a plus, not a requirement)
