About the role

  • Customer Service & Logistics Specialist managing order processing and customer support at IRCA Group. Ensuring timely deliveries while collaborating with internal stakeholders and supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage orders (regular, returns, samples, and stock orders)
  • Handle sales administration and data processing
  • Provide information and support to the sales and marketing teams
  • Organize outbound transport and ensure correct shipment execution
  • Maintain customer, product, and pricing databases
  • Communicate with order pickers regarding order progress
  • Inform customers about the status of their orders
  • Manage transport data and SAP records
  • Support Account Managers with operational needs
  • Maintain operational files and prepare export documents
  • Represent company policies and business objectives in daily activities

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills (SAP)
  • Dutch and English are mandatory, French and Spanish (and German) are nice to have
  • Excellent customer interaction skills
  • Proactive and commercially minded
  • Autonomous, able to multitask and switch quickly
  • Experience in similar roles
  • HBO degree (or equivalent), preferably in Commercial Economics or International Business
