Responsibilities
Process and manage orders (regular, returns, samples, and stock orders)
Handle sales administration and data processing
Provide information and support to the sales and marketing teams
Organize outbound transport and ensure correct shipment execution
Maintain customer, product, and pricing databases
Communicate with order pickers regarding order progress
Inform customers about the status of their orders
Manage transport data and SAP records
Support Account Managers with operational needs
Maintain operational files and prepare export documents
Represent company policies and business objectives in daily activities
Requirements
Strong computer skills (SAP)
Dutch and English are mandatory, French and Spanish (and German) are nice to have
Excellent customer interaction skills
Proactive and commercially minded
Autonomous, able to multitask and switch quickly
Experience in similar roles
HBO degree (or equivalent), preferably in Commercial Economics or International Business
