  • Customer Care Specialist supporting Spanish market at bsport, providing exceptional support through Intercom and email. Collaborating with teams to enhance customer experience and resolving inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via Intercom and email, providing friendly, solutions-focused support to resolve issues effectively.
  • Resolve issues efficiently, leveraging in-depth product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience, maintain thorough records of interactions, and continuously improve our services.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a similar role (experience with Intercom or similar customer support platforms is a plus)
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking skills, effective prioritization, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Have proficiency in Spanish as your primary language and are fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
