Responsibilities
Ensure an effective & efficient order-to-cash process
Keep customer requirements updated in our system
Build an intimate relationship with DSM-Firmenich customers & internal stakeholders
Provide regular reports, information to stakeholders
Monitor performance on agreed KPIs: ensure targets are met and develop improvement plans when necessary
Manage daily escalations & issues
Open, follow up customer’s non-conformities
Requirements
Graduated in Business studies, Supply Chain or Economics
Strong experience in customer care-related roles
Intermediate level of English (Spanish is a plus)
Absolute customer focus
Pro-active, positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn
Excellent communication skills and team spirit
Knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP knowledge is a plus
