About the role

  • Support Engineer at IQVIA’s Digital Enablement Center enhancing features and integrating systems. Collaborating with clients and leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise to deliver exceptional solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive integrations with external exchanges, including social platforms and DSPs
  • Enhance existing features and deliver exceptional solutions to clients
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area, OR equivalent education and experience
  • Basic understanding of SQL, Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Hands-on in writing SQL queries, stored procedures, understand performance optimization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to work in US EST Time zones to support client requests
  • Candidates should be flexible and working in shifts (During internship general/US shift/Night Shift)
