Responsibilities
Provide technical support to the Field Sales & Service organization in a consistent manner across all product offerings.
Provide day-to-day technical support of the products to Field Sales & Service organization via site visit, phone, or email.
Participates with literature team with the creation and revision of technical service bulletins and, service letters.
Participates with the warranty team on warranty claim discussions.
Interactions with quality management and engineering on product issues and product improvements.
Crafts novel solutions with measurable value for existing and potential customers;
Places a high priority on the internal or external customer’s perspective when making decisions and acting.
Participates in the Product Development Process.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related Technical/Scientific field
8+ years experience (with a Bachelor's degree) or 14+ years of technical experience with HVAC&R products in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
Able to analyze and solve complex product system problems
Understanding of fan powered terminals and understanding of application of parallel vs. series flow units
