Responsibilities

  • Technical onsite support
  • Provide technical support for events
  • Coordinate technical interventions with associated services
  • Keep meeting rooms operational
  • Install and maintain audiovisual equipment
  • Assist VIP users
  • Manage event room bookings
  • Track inventory and ensure equipment replenishment
  • Coordinate technical teams to resolve incidents
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects
  • Provide regular activity reporting

Requirements

  • Mastery of complex technical environments
  • Mobile telephony: Android / iOS
  • Windows 10 & 11 systems
  • Network knowledge
  • Audiovisual / meeting rooms – installation, maintenance, coordination
  • Inventory tracking, allocation, replenishment
  • Impeccable professional conduct
  • Appropriate professional appearance
  • Excellent communication in French (spoken and written)
  • Service-oriented with respect for confidentiality
