Responsibilities
First point of contact for error reports, non-conformities and other challenges during the production and commissioning of complex optoelectronic devices.
Perform installations, acceptance tests, upgrades and maintenance on in-house equipment.
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software technical issues of varying scope and complexity.
Collect, evaluate and communicate potential improvements to product development.
Organize workflows in production.
Use and develop interactive work instructions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field.
5+ years’ experience in technical customer support, technical sales or device assembly in mechanical engineering, optics, or electrical engineering industries—preferably in the semiconductor sector.
Self-directed, structured working style with strong coordination and communication skills.
High sense of responsibility.
Manual dexterity, strong quality awareness and a sense of order.
Proficient with common IT systems.
