Responsibilities

  • Drive regional strategies across LATAM for compensation and benefits
  • Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and mobility initiatives for 15 countries
  • Participate in compensation and benefits market surveys
  • Maintain and update salary structures for all business units
  • Support organizational change initiatives like reorganizations and mergers

Requirements

  • 5–10 years in regional Compensation & Benefits leadership within global organizations
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Workday ability
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Autonomy and adaptability
  • Advanced English required; Portuguese is a plus
