About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with VP, Business Transformation and Advisory Leaders to develop a comprehensive roadmap, identifying, prioritizing, defining, and delivering innovative solutions that provide the greatest business impact for our firm.
  • Partner with Advisory to define the Advisory Transformation strategy, set objectives and key results (OKRs), and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases for proposed transformation initiatives with detailed cost and return on investment (ROI) analysis.
  • Collaborate with our Business Intelligence & AI teams to implement advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions to empower Advisory teams.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and standardize advisory processes.
  • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team. This includes hiring, mentoring, and upskilling team members.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring transformation initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage day-to-day relationships with external vendors and technology partners.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Champion innovation by continuously evaluating and advising on new technologies.

Requirements

  • College Degree or equivalent required
  • 10 years related experience
  • Must have experience managing staff, projects and/or processes
  • Possesses subject matter expertise
  • Knowledge of industry regulations
  • Ability to manage a team of others
  • Ability to formulate new policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
  • Ability to travel as required by business and on-call availability
