Responsibilities
- Overall entrepreneurial responsibility for the BWF Protec business unit at the Hof site
- Leadership of production, sales and product development, including clearly defined interface functions

Requirements
- Completed degree or comparable qualification and extensive experience in technical textiles and innovative materials

- Solid know-how of production processes, Lean methods and continuous improvement
- Entrepreneurial mindset, decisiveness and consistent implementation of decisions
