Responsibilities
Manage two executive staff calendars, and schedule internal and external meetings, including coordinating with international teams and being available across various time zones to support executive needs.
Collaborate with the Office Administration Executive Team as well as Operations and Facilities to ensure seamless organizational function.
Arrange domestic and international business travel and handle expense reports timely.
Collaborate closely with the President/CEO's EA to provide on-site support while at HQ.
Place and receive phone calls on behalf of executive staff.
Prepare business correspondence – letters, emails, presentations, etc.
Manage (in detail) special high-level Research new ideas and provide status
Prepare and maintain various reports for executive staff, customers, and the board of directors, including management of a regular reporting schedule.
Requirements
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Excellent Computer skills – Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize several projects and details.
Must be able to efficiently support multiple executives as needed.
