About the role

  • Key Account Sales Manager responsible for sales activities and developing key accounts for iyzico's payment solutions. Driving team performance and managing customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire a high performing sales team
  • Carry out sales activities to contribute to the company's sales targets
  • To create personal targets and basic actions in line with sales targets
  • Create a business plan for the sectors for which it is responsible and quickly pass on actions
  • Gaining the current customer portfolio to the company
  • Create a pipeline for sales and achieve tangible gains in a short time
  • To develop effective communication with business partners and to gain projects with business development activities
  • Finding new Key Accounts for the company and agreeing on behalf of the company
  • Efficiently managing all customer related processes using internal and external elements
  • Providing the necessary contribution for the measurement and improvement of the internal and external customer satisfaction and the image of the establishment
  • Providing the communication network coordination between the customer and the company
  • Ensuring that proposals and contracts are prepared in time, without errors, in accordance with customer demands and needs
  • Coordinate communication with the legal department on the compliance of the contracts with the law
  • To report on sales activities

Requirements

  • Graduating from relevant departments of universities
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
  • Excellent command of English language knowledge
  • Have the desire to win bigger projects,
  • Broad networking that can transform into effective business connections
  • Payment knowledge is a strong asset
  • Knowing technology concepts well, developing customer needs and positioning the right products and solutions
  • Sector and company information on sectors that are responsible are at the top level
  • An offer, contract, etc. with basic contractual and legal knowledge
  • Customer-focused, strong communication, business tactics, and planning competence
  • Tend to teamwork, able to cope with stress
  • Diction is smooth, written and verbal communication is strong
