Responsibilities
Build meaningful partner relationships and help take adventure travel to new heights
Accelerate B2B sales growth and enhance brand presence by engaging with partners across the territory
Build relationships through in-person visits and uncover new business opportunities
Represent Intrepid Travel with enthusiasm and professionalism
Leverage strong commercial and business development skills to expand market share and elevate partner engagement
Support cross-functional initiatives that drive business impact
Measure success through clear KPIs, including sales growth, partner retention, engagement activity, and overall contribution to regional targets
Requirements
2+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales roles, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding performance KPIs and sales targets
Experience in outside sales, account management, or business development
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships that drive measurable sales growth and market share
2+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry
Excellent public speaking, presentation creation and delivery, and communication skills, with confidence representing the brand externally
Strong personal drive, commercial acumen, and motivation to deliver against defined sales and engagement metrics
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle, with a willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
