About the role

  • Business Development Manager at Intrepid Travel building partner relationships and driving sales growth. Engaging with partners and expanding market share through strong interpersonal and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

  • Building meaningful partner relationships and helping take adventure travel to new heights
  • Accelerating B2B sales growth and enhancing brand presence by engaging with partners across territory
  • Thriving on the road and building relationships through in-person visits
  • Uncovering new business opportunities and representing Intrepid Travel with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Leveraging strong commercial and business development skills to expand market share and elevate partner engagement
  • Supporting cross-functional initiatives that drive business impact\n• Measuring success through KPIs, including sales growth, partner retention, engagement activity, and overall contribution to regional targets

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales roles, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding performance KPIs and sales targets
  • Experience in outside sales, account management, or business development
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships that drive measurable sales growth and market share
  • 2+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry
  • Excellent public speaking, presentation creation and delivery, and communication skills, with confidence representing the brand externally
  • Strong personal drive, commercial acumen, and motivation to deliver against defined sales and engagement metrics
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle, with a willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
