About the role

  • Clinical Account Manager serving as a trusted resource for hospital and physician customers. Supporting MRgFUS programs by fostering clinical relationships and optimizing workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted clinical and strategic resource for Insightec’s hospital and physician customers.
  • Foster strong clinical relationships, helping sites optimize operational workflows.
  • Champion a patient-first mindset supporting safe, effective, and expanded access to MRgFUS.
  • Collaborate with physicians, clinical teams, and administrators to support excellent patient outcomes.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with institutional priorities and clinical goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years of customer-facing medical device experience (neuro and/or radiology preferred)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, organization, and accountability
  • Strong commercial instincts
  • Experience building or scaling new programs, service lines or markets
  • Experience with executive-level hospital engagement
  • Travel: 50% minimum.
