Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field
8+ years of hands-on experience in driving eCommerce strategy and operations, ideally in FMCG or consumer healthcare
Proven ability to manage key accounts and build strong partnerships with e-marketplaces, e-retailers, and eCommerce enablers
Familiarity with the eCommerce landscape in Thailand is a must, as well as solid networks within the Thai ecommerce ecosystem
Mastery of eCommerce growth levers, with a solid track record in driving onsite and offsite traffic, improving conversion rates, and increasing basket sizes
Skilled in data analytics with hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, or similar
A proven doer with exceptional project management skills
High-energy, dynamic and driven, with the ability to hit the ground running as an individual contributor
