Responsibilities
Act as the Human Resources focal point in Brazil to support and ensure the proper execution of Global Mobility processes to the United States and manage HR-related processes for Brazilian employees assigned to Timenow US projects.
Act as the main owner of Brazil–US Global Mobility processes.
Coordinate documentation, timelines, and compliance requirements related to international mobility.
Serve as the primary point of contact between Brazil HR, expatriates, and the TN US team.
Coordinate HR processes for Brazilian employees providing services to TN US, including hiring, internal movements, and terminations.
Ensure full compliance with Brazilian labor legislation.
Gradually learn, understand and support US HR processes.
Contribute to the alignment and standardization of HR processes between Brazil and the US.
Support the development and documentation of international HR processes.
Proactively suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Previous experience in generalist HR roles, with strong administrative exposure.
Experience or familiarity with Global Mobility, expatriates, or international operations (mandatory).
Advanced or fluent English (mandatory).
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple processes, and high attention to detail.
Proactive, collaborative profile with strong intercultural communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience in multinational companies or Brazil–US environments.
Prior knowledge of US HR processes.
Experience working with immigration law firms or global mobility consultants.
