• Support contract management, monitoring contract expirations to enable proactive action on renewals and amendments to value and term;
• Review and negotiate contract drafts and service agreement addenda after legal assessment, proposing modifications and additions to clauses in accordance with the scope of services, sales terms, and commercial/technical proposals;
